Assistance Finding a Doctor

Building a relationship with a doctor is an important step in improving and maintaining one's health.  Research shows that people with an ongoing relationship with a doctor (also called a "usual source of care") are healthier than those who have no doctor or those who rely on the emergency room of non-emergency medical needs.  If a person already has a relationship with a doctor which they can reasonably afford and who satisfies their needs, they should be encouraged to stay with that doctor and continue that relationship.  However, if they lack affordable access a physician, we will need to place them into the long-term care of a doctor.

Good news!  In the O'Fallon community, there are several sources for basic medical care outside of an emergency room (also called a "primary care physician").  A visitor may have to arrange transportation to the doctor's office, but they do have options for low-cost and no-cost primacy care doctors.
Please choose one of the offices below (the distance from Faith Chapel Church is included), and schedule on behalf of our visitor to establish a relationship with that physician.
