Pastor Brad & Beth Riley

What can I say about myself? What can I say about myself that won't scare too many people away from church? I was brought up in Columbia, MO. I'm a life-long Missouri Tiger fan, which means I've suffered many, many heartbreaks! I love Jesus — because He loved me first. I have an incredible wife, Beth, and we have been married since 1995. Wow, does that seem like a long time ago? I have two fantastic kids, Emma (9) and Sophia (5). And, like most fathers they have me wrapped around their fingers.

I enjoy hitting the golf ball around the course when I get a chance. I like shooting some hoops, throwing a football and playing the Wii! I don't enjoy reading, but I make the effort to do so.

I love sharing from God's word with people — what a great privilege! Think about it, I'm a guy who has responded to God's love for me and now I get to help others discover that same love and that same amazing grace of God.

Speaking of "Amazing Grace," it's not my favorite song but it sure drilled it...God's grace is truly amazing and I am so thankful for it!

Pastor Tony Holm

What is important to know about me? First thing is first. I never grew up in church, and I think it is obvious. I gave my life to Jesus Christ in 2001 at Faith Chapel. I slowly became involved at the church while I was in college. In 2005 I received my Bachelors Degree and Teachers Certificate at the University of Missouri-St. Louis, so I could teach high school history. As I was pursuing a career, I was able to go on my first missions trip to Mexico. This was a powerful week for me; God really started speaking to me about my life and the direction I was headed. When I came back, I stopped pursuing a career as a teacher (which has incredible fringe benefits) and went back into school to get my ministry credentials (which has incredible spiritual benefits).

While helping in the youth ministry at Faith Chapel, getting my ministry credentials, and working at Applebee's for money, I met my wonderful wife, Melissa. We got married on June 30th 2007, were blessed with our wonderful son Carter on May 6th 2009, and have a dog named Roxy. We are all working hard, while we do what God has called us to do... Preach the word of God to the youth of Faith Chapel.

Pastor Kim Thornton

Where do I start? I am a Southern Girl at heart, I was born and raised a Georgia peach in Smyrna, GA. I grew up in a Christian home and have been in church my whole life, serving in many different areas of the church. I graduated from Cobb County Christian School in 1993; I wouldn't trade those days for anything. During high school, we always attended youth camp and it was during that time, at one of those camp meeting services that I was filled with the Holy Spirit and was called into ministry. Not exactly sure what type of ministry I was to be in, I just knew God had a calling on my life. As I continued to follow God's path, he would allow me to fulfill his calling. In January of 2002, I moved to St. Louis to finalize my wedding plans for a May wedding. I married my Love and life long friend Ben Thornton. After our marriage in May, we started attending Faith Chapel in June. We knew immediately this would be our church home and where we wanted to raise our family. We became involved in different areas of the church, including children's ministry. During this time, I was also in college working on my degree in Mortuary Science. I became a licensed Funeral Director in January 2004, and in 2007 I graduated from Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Decatur, GA. Today, I continue to work in the Funeral Industry part time and will soon be a licensed Embalmer as well. This is a huge part of my ministry and calling that God has given me, serving a family in a time of need.

God has blessed my husband Ben and I with two beautiful children. Our daughter, Maci is 4 years old and our son Caden was born in March 2008. They are the joy of our life, and we know God has placed an annointing on each of their lives. We look forward to watching them grow and mature in God's Love and are excited about what he has in store for them. As far as my hobbies and other fun things: I love spending time with my husband and children. There's no better sound than hearing them laugh. We love to visit our family and friends in Georgia, as much as possible. I also love to monnogram and personalize items and special gifts for people. We also like to spending time with our friends, drink lots of sweet tea, ride our horses, and take Maci to Target at least twice a week.

We are so priviledged to be apart of an amazing ministry at Faith Chapel with such wonderful Pastors and leaders, and look forward to the opportunity to teach your children about God's Love and the truth of His word.

Pastor Josh Ortego

I grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I was raised in a christian home, where I was taught to love the Lord and serve Him with my life. It was not until I was fourteen that I really felt called to serve in the area of worship. I had always wanted to play the guitar, but never thought of being a worship leader. It was at a youth retreat that I felt the Lord's presence stronger than I ever had before. I knew then He was calling me to worship. Shortly after that, I became the youth worship leader at my church (knowing all of four chords), and began learning how to worship. At sixteen, I became one of the worship leaders for the main service and stayed there, until I finished high school in 2006. Then, I attended and graduated the Revolution School of Worship in Des Peres. After my time there, in July of 2008 I went back to Louisiana and married the love of my life Haley, who is the sweetest thing you will ever meet. We moved up to O' Fallon, where we are excited to see what God is going to do here at Faith Chapel.

As for the rest of my life, I'm a huge LSU fan and will remain faithful to them no matter where I live. I love sports, especially soccer, football, and baseball. I also enjoy hunting, fishing, camping, and just about anything outdoors (including mud riding with Chris Krouse).

Pastor Holly Dillon

November 1999 was the first time I had the privilege of attending a Faith Chapel service. My husband and I had been asked many times by a friend to come check it out. Growing up I can remember going to church a couple of time on Christmas and to vacation bible school with a cousin one summer. I never knew the love and peace that Jesus had to offer before. Since first attending Faith Chapel, I have been baptized and married by Pastor Brad and there have been many other memorable moments along the way. God is so faithful he blessed us with an amazing baby boy (Boyd) in the fall of 2005. I graduated with a degree in Occupational Therapy in the summer of 2000, and worked in home health until Boyd was born. It was evident in the spring of 2006 that God had other plans for my career, when I did not return after my maternity leave. I am excited and humbled to be able to raise my son in a Christian home where God is the center of our household. What an amazing ride it has been. God has brought us so far since our first visit to Faith Chapel and I cannot wait to see what he has planned for us in the future.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, and spending as much time with my husband and son as possible. I enjoy finding new and creative ways to teach Boyd about Jesus and the love He has for not only him, but for all of us. I love children and consider it a privilege to be part of the Faith Chapel team and teaching your children about the amazing love Jesus has for them as well. My husband, 3 year old son, and I are surrounded by the most amazing people you can imagine. No matter how old you are Jesus loves you just the same.

Pastor Joe Papcun

Well, where to begin? I grew up here in Saint Louis, Missouri. My parents really get a lot of credit for the person that I am today and for teaching me about my Jesus and how to serve Him. For all of you Saint Louis people who need to know where you went to high school, I attended Life Christian School from the time I was in the nursery all the way through my senior year. I use to lead worship for the high school and it was during that point in my life that God started really planting the seeds of direction in my heart. After I graduated, I attended Revolution School of Worship, Leadership, and Technology where I really started defining the call on my life. I spent two years learning about the Father and His love for us and knew very quickly that God was calling me into full time ministry. It was during that time that I also met one of my closest friends, Pastor Josh, who really connected me with the church.

As for the specifics, if you know me, there's three things that should be evident. First, I love God. He is really my all in all. I cannot, and don't wan't to, imagine my life without Him and it is truly my honor to serve Him and His people. Secondly, I'm a huge music person. I love hearing new stuff so If you've got something good you are listening to, let me know. And lastly, I have a sweet tooth. Actually, that's not true. I have sweet teeth. I love to play soccer and work out. (which really is just me working off the sweets) If I could give you one bit of advice, I think it would be this. Love God. Not just with part of yourself but with everything. The best way it's ever been said was by my Creator Himself: "Jesus replied: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. ” Matthew 22:37
